I have been looking for some cute stocking holders for my fireplace for 2 years or so - and you guessed it - I couldn't find anything under $80 brand new. So this year I started searching for DIY projects. I found this one on Cinaberry Street and decided to make my own.

Frame Jewelry Box ::: Elizabeth

My husband "inherited" this wooden frame with a white tiger in it. It has moved with us several times and I tried to slowly fade it out of view for years but the hubby just wouldn't let go of it. So instead I decided to make something constructive out of it. A hidden jewelry box it must be!

Closet Door Headboard ::: Elizabeth

So we've lived in our house for over 7 years now and have never closed our closet door. I needed to remove it in order to move furniture around my bedroom. I hate to throw things away so I started hunting and decided to make it into the headboard I never had (for the last 7 years).
